We would like to inform you that from 04th of September 2024 it will no longer be possible to load static content via the URL cig.dhl.de/cig-wsdls. Please note that this change could affect the functionality of your productively used API.
Excluded from this change are the WSDL and XSD files for the currently still supported SOAP API versions of the Business Customer Shipping API 2 and 3. A list of exceptions can be found at the bottom of this email.

Our order management will be modernized and integrated into the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal (GK-P). Therefore at October 26th, 2024 the AM.portal will be switched to “read only”. This means that it will no longer be possible to create or process orders via AM.portal from this point on (for details please refer to previous announcement).
If you are working with version 2 of the Geschäftskundenversand (GKV) [Business Customer Shipping] SOAP API, it is necessary that you switch the already outdated version 2 to the new DHL Parcel DE Shipping RESTful API!

Order creation and processing is no longer possible in the AM.Portal from October 28th, 2024!
If you have not already done so, please migrate your user account by using the transition dialog that is displayed automatically when you log in to the AM.Portal.
