AM.portal becomes AM. GK-P

To remember;
Our order management will be modernized and integrated into the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal (GK-P). Therefore at October 26th, 2024 the AM.portal will be switched to “read only”. This means that it will no longer be possible to create or process orders via AM.portal from this point on (for details please refer to previous announcement).

Our order management will be modernized and integrated into the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal (GK-P).

At the end of October 2024, the AM.portal will be switched to “read only”. This means that it will no longer be possible to create or process orders via AM.portal from this point on. This is a preparatory step towards the shutdown of the portal, which is planned for the 2nd half of 2025.

A migration of all AM.portal users to the GK-P is therefore mandatory!

If you as an AM.portal user have not yet carried out the migration, you will receive a migration dialog when you log in to the AM.portal, which you should follow promptly.

You can find a small guide to the migration in our handling brochure.
After the migration, please only create or edit your orders in the AM. GK-P. Information on order creation/processing can be found in our action brochures and videos.
