Deactivation of the GKV SOAP API version 2 on May 31, 2025

If you are working with version 2 of the Geschäftskundenversand (GKV) [Business Customer Shipping] SOAP API, it is necessary that you switch the already outdated version 2 to the new DHL Parcel DE Shipping RESTful API!

The version 2 of Geschäftskundenversand SOAP API will be decommissioned on May 31, 2025.
Version 3 of the Geschäftskundenversand SOAP API is also scheduled to be decommissioned one year later on May 31, 2026. Therefore, please switch directly to the new DHL Parcel DE Shipping RESTful API.

The functionalities of the old business customer shipping (GKV) SOAP API have been completely integrated into the new DHL Parcel DE Shipping RESTful API.
Our new API is available at DHL Parcel DE Shipping REST API in the DHL Group API Developer Portal. Here you will also find other helpful information for your transition.

If you use a software solution to order shipments - such as JTL, Centiro Solutions, Xentral ERP, etc., - please contact the manufacturer to switch to a new version in time before the end- of-life date at the end of May 2025.
