Deactivation of Parcel DE Retoure API (via cig.dhl.de)!

If you are working with this Parcel DE Returns API, it is necessary that you switch the already outdated version to the new DHL Parcel DE Returns API (via api-eu.dhl.com)!
The Returns API (via cig.dhl.de) will be decommissioned on May 31, 2026.
Our new API is available at DHL Parcel DE Returns API in the DHL Group API Developer Portal. The Release Notes provide helpful information for your transition.
