Deactivation of the business customer shipping and returns SOAP API

The business customer shipping and returns SOAP API are deactivated.

The functionalities of the old SOAP APIs have been completely transferred to the new REST API.
This is available at DHL Paket DE Versenden REST API and DHL Paket DE Retoure (Post & Paket Deutschland) in DHL’s Group API Developer Portal (GDP). Here you will also find further helpful information for your changeover.
If you use a software solution for commissioning shipments (e.g. a DHL partner system), please contact the manufacturer immediately in order to switch to a new version before the switch-off date at the end of May 2026.
